Eagle Sports and Performance Program

The Eagles Sports & Performance Program is a comprehensive athletic training program that is seamlessly built into the Academic and Student Life Curriculums at GRA. The ESP Program is designed to support the focused student-athlete who has an intense passion for achieving his full potential in a particular sport. Training in the ESP Program is sport specific; meaning each athlete will have a tailored program to meet the demands of his sport in order to achieve a maximum level of success. Each athlete’s 9-month training program is periodorized and intentionally designed to develop the TOTAL ATHLETE - physically and emotionally. This holistic and proven training system addresses 5 key areas:

  • Skill Development 
  • Strength Training 
  • Mental Training (Mindfulness) 
  • Nutrition-Based Education
  • Interscholastic Competition
